This list of sites is getting long and to save you time I've made this Drop-Down Menu. If you want animations for your site, click to drop down the menu then select ANIMATIONS, it will take you to a site that offers animations.

The name might be a mouthful but it has some top
quality site add-ons. Mainly the poll maker, but it can also make guest books and
loads of other cool add-ons. What's even better is that it's totally FREE! You
don't have to disclose any information except your e-mail address and your
websites URL! They won't stick ads all over you're website and they won't send
you junk e-mails!
Remotely Hosted CGI Scripts form FFA links pages to Guestbooks and Messageboards. You might have to disclose some personel info though.
Create a site online, get free add-ons like guest books, polls and hit counters. I built my site with Tripod. And what's more you get 50MB of space! (couldn't say no to that)(to get some add-ons you may have to disclose information like where you live)
Another online site builder type thing. I've Never really had a good look at this site so I can't give you a desription, but it's basicly just like Tripod. (In my opinion Tripod is better)
At last I have managed to find a site that offers free and good backgrounds for your site. It is run by Netscape and I'm gunna rate this 10/10.
